I am always amazed with the little things we forget as salespeople. The little things can make or break a sale. I remember an auto repair shop that wanted to switch processors at the time I called on them. I was so busy trying to sell them that I almost forgot to let them ask questions. When I finished talking, the owner asked one question: "Will you stay in touch with me and let me know about new opportunities that will help me? "

The moral of the story is talk less and listen more. It might help you make a sale.
