Chris comes to UPS with extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills having spent his career at Cardservice International, Innovative Merchant Solutions, an Intuit Co. and FDC. Chris has the expertise to monitor and support a higher risk portfolio, continuing to establish new procedures to reduce chargeback and minimize cardholder, merchant and internet fraud. Chris has been instrumental in developing custom fraud monitoring systems, taking into account each merchants' application/processing history and industry risk standards.
   
Chris' experience and background in loss prevention, fraud monitoring and risk management uniquely positions United Payment Services to expand its portfolio by providing solutions to meet all business needs including MO/TO, internet, and retail locations. Chris will contribute to plans for United Payment Services to grow exponentially by increasing support of outside sales agents, expanding the potential customer base, and actively developing state of the art fraud management systems.
