In February, Precidia Technologies announced the appointments of Ed Davis and Ted Sarosdy as Regional Vice Presidents of Sales. Since this announcement, Precidia’s enhanced sales team has worked to establish Precidia’s dominance in the U.S. retail payments market with its leading edge payment routing and network management technology. The company’s products integrate faster, more cost effective IP payment capability into any existing POS device, from payment terminals like Trans330s, to Ruby™ terminals and ECRs or ePOS systems.
As Vice-President, Eastern U.S., Ed Davis is a payments industry veteran, with over 24 years in progressively senior sales roles. Most recently serving as Director, National Sales for RBS Lynk, Mr. Davis was responsible for cultivating relationships with many of the convenience/petroleum industry’s major players. Prior to this, Mr.
Davis acted as Hypercom’s Vice President of Sales, over a 10 year period. In this role, he helped to establish Hypercom’s position in the payment industry by working with banks, processors and VARs.
Vice-President, Western U.S., Ted Sarosdy takes on several of Precidia’s key accounts. Leveraging more than 26 years in the payments industry, Mr. Sarosdy comes most recently from Hypercom, Inc., where he was Vice President of Sales for the transaction communications division. Previous to this, Mr. Sarosdy was Western Regional Director at Transaction Network Services (TNS) for 7 years.
In this capacity, he was responsible for securing the account of one of the largest processors in the country, which resulted in a multi- year contract for over $50 million.
“We’ve brought together two of the payment industry’s most seasoned veterans, with reputations for delivering results,” said Deepak Wanner, President of Precidia Technologies.
